Update – Maintenance Extension

We want to provide a quick update regarding the ongoing maintenance across parts of the edeXa ecosystem.

The maintenance work is continuing and will now extend until Friday, May 8. During this period, some services may remain partially unavailable or experience intermittent interruptions.

The additional time is being used to complete final stability improvements, performance optimizations, and internal system adjustments to ensure a more resilient and reliable infrastructure going forward.

Our focus remains on long-term stability rather than temporary fixes, and the team is actively working through the final stages of the process.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete these improvements.

We will share the next update as soon as full normalization is confirmed or earlier if there are significant changes.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Dear Community

We want to share a brief update regarding the current status of parts of the edeXa ecosystem.

Over the past few days, we have been addressing a temporary disruption affecting certain services. While core infrastructure remains stable, some functionalities have been intermittently unavailable as the team performs targeted improvements and system optimizations.

Our priority is not just to restore full availability, but to ensure that everything runs at a higher level of reliability and resilience going forward. This includes additional safeguards, performance enhancements, and internal adjustments designed to strengthen the overall network.

The team is fully engaged, and progress is steady. We are taking a deliberate approach to avoid short-term fixes in favor of long-term stability.

We understand the importance of consistency and transparency, and we will continue to keep you informed as we move toward full normalization.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at any time.
